How much does shipping cost?

DOMESTIC:   (within the USA) Standard shipping cost is FREE for USA customers via USPS with standard 2 - 4 business day delivery.

We do not offer International shipping.


Our Privacy Policy

 We adhere to a very strict privacy policy collecting only enough information to process you order. Any information you submit to us will be completely confidential and it will never be shared with or sold to outside parties.

 

Will my email or any other registration information be given out to anyone else?

 You email and other personal information will never given to any else. It is kept in our database only for future reference when you make another order. You will only be contacted if verification of your order is necessary or if there is a problem with the order.


Our Refund Policy

You can return your order for a refund within 30 days after you receive your item.  Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  For example, partially used or an opened sachet of cream is not eligible for a refund.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment accepted through PayPal and Credit/Debit card. Once payment is received, your item will ship within one business day. Please note that e-check payments will have a delay (1-3 weeks) as the check payment process clears. All prices on this website are in USD currency.

Please be advised:  When placing orders with a value greater than $200.00 USD you are required to use PayPal as your form of payment.  Any and all credit card purchases which exceed $200.00 USD will be refunded and the order canceled.

All orders over $750.00 USD require an adult signature at delivery. This policy is to protect our customers and ourselves against fraud.

 
Will you charge sales tax to my order?
Taxes apply only to purchasers residing in the state of Idaho, including state and local sales taxes.

 
How do I use a promotion code?

 Once you have completed your order and clicked on Check Out, there will be a promotion/discount box which you can enter your code.
